Here is a replacement 6″ 2-way 4-ohm speaker for the lower main cabinet.
Has a polypropylene cone, and a mylar dome neodymium tweeter.
Unlike the original the stamped metal housing does not have the 4 flair out points that match to the receiving fin shank screws.
But, it fits within them, and I clamp them down with inverted wire harness clips, slid over the screws, with a height spacer, as pictured in the photo gallery.
If your speaker is damaged, then likely the flimsy plastic cover/grill is as well.
