Found this in my storage room, a NOS, Ball in Play / Credit / Match plasma display.

Manufactured by “Displays USA”.

This has been tested with a plasma lamp to ensure gas is present, see photo gallery.

This is for the glass only, you need to de-solder your old glass, and solder this in place.
