Here is a replacement relay snubber board for part number C-11232.
Many of these relays are failing, as they have reached the end of their life cycle.
It’s a direct fit onto the original mounting feet.
The wiring no longer solders on, you will have to snip the tip off, re-strip and insert into the screw down clamp.
The board is clearly marked as to what goes where.
