Backbox has been painted, same procedure as with the main cabinet. Steps are shown.
All the cabinet, playfield, under playfield, & backbox metal has been sandblasted, and powder coated with a Flitter Gold Black Gloss Metallic, it just shimmers under light.
Everything under the playfield has been powder coated, solenoid assemblies, and even the switch/target mounts.
Coin door, and mail cabinet harness have been cleaned, and tightened up, with new/added zip ties.
Found a short in the coin door wiring, where 2 lamp lines had melted into each other. Yikes!
If your trying to find a replacement for the carriage bolt style flat head nail/tack used to anchor the rear P/F lift braces, and can’t.
Well… You can source from a sewing store a clothing (denim) rivet head, add a cut to size 1/8″ rivet stem and JB weld it into the head receiver, let dry overnight, and you have a perfect replacement.
Note: add a dab of wood glue to the shaft prior to tapping into existing hole.
This pin will be offered for sale, once completed.
