Here is a very hard to find item.
This was used on the Plateau “Works In A Drawer” Angle System 19″ & 26″ upright Arcade game cabinets.(see photo gallery)
They screw mounted on the front edge of the control panel, and once the drawer was slid into lock position, it forms a forward transition/brace/seal against the monitor plexi cover.
It also acted as a spill seal, if a piece of weather stripping is attached to the inside edge.
Produced from extruded aluminum.
These are all used units, that have been sandblasted, and then powder coated gloss black; so they may show slight imperfections.
The edge fit is 5/8″ which usually consisted of a 1/2″ control panel board, with a 1/8″ plexi cover.
These had a very sharp edge. which was been filed round, prior to powder coating.
