Description
This is a very common, Normally Closed (NC) “High Current” flipper End of Stroke (EOS) Switch.
It has tungsten contacts, for long life as it receives constant high voltage.
It comes in 2 different lengths 1-1/2″, or 1-7/8″ (Measured from top of wafer stack, to tip of longest blade)
It is found on the following brands.
Bally (1975-1980-Space Invaders) ASW-A20-23 (1-1/2″ long)
Bally 1988-Truck Stop (lower set only) to 1991-Gilligans Island–03-7811 (1-1/2″)
Williams (1967-1979-Laser Ball) SW-10A-8 (1-7/8″)
Williams (1980-1991-Hurricane) 03-7811 (1-1/2″)
Data East (1987-89-Monday Night Football) 180-5018-00 (1-7/8″)
Stern-old (1977-1985) 180-5018-00 (1-7/8″)
The measurements are taken from the forward edge of the wafer stack to the end of the long switch blade, (see example on photo gallery) this is due to overall length inconsistency found between different aftermarket manufactures, mainly due to varying lengths of soldier lugs.
Based on this chart above, when you order use the drop down window to indicate the size requirement.
Note: Some stacks are made from fiberboard, and some from molded plastic, you may receive either or.
